House of Bamboo, 1955, directed by Samuel Fuller. Filmed in Japan on location in Cinemascope. Fuller had some money behind him for this one.

Sausage and mushroom pizza from Lucille, Madison Wisconsin. Intermission sweet was a cookie, actually two thin sugar cookies filled with chocolate and pinched together before baking. Very chocolatey.
