La Piscine (The Swimming Pool), 1969, directed by Jacques Deray, starring Alain Delon, Romy Schneider, Maurice Ronet, and Jane Birkin. This is an extremely slow burn thriller. While you're waiting for the plot to advance, you can watch good looking people walking around in swimwear. Since the lead actors spoke French and English, the director shot a French version and an English version.
